If My Inner Compass isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund of the $19 purchase price within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required. This applies even though the workbook is a digital download you have already received.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund you can either:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with; or
• email mauraavery02@gmail.com with your order number or the email you used, and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes approved refunds within a few business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Duplicate and failed orders

If you were charged twice, or you paid but never received your download links, contact mauraavery02@gmail.com and we will arrange a refund or resend your links — that is not limited to the 30-day window.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the workbook files ends and you should delete your downloaded copies. The free reading pages on this site remain open to everyone.
